Formula For Success

1. Handling and care of specific tools and measuring equipment.
2. Responsible for the execution of the Maintenance Plan in a timely manner.
3. Maintenance of facilities and services in general.
4. Operation and monitoring of service equipment (Compressor, Boiler, Hydropneumatic, D.I. Unit).
5. Assisting and/or supervising plant contractor personnel.
6. Constantly check equipment and PLC status.
7. Basic knowledge of control system programming.
8. Attend to all work orders and provide solutions to all work orders in a timely manner.
9. Keep the maintenance log up to date.
10. Make requirements for consumables, spare parts, tools and/or software necessary to carry out all maintenance work.
11. Keep updated and make constant consultations for the performance of their function.
12. Maintain close communication with the production area.
13. Perform all those functions inherent to the position.
14. Execute maintenance routines, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, according to plan.
15. Take amperage readings on storage tank pump motors.
16. Receive, classify and order spare parts and material for the corresponding area.
17. Report abnormal conditions of equipment for repair.
18. Keep assigned areas clean and tidy, as well as the workshop and spare parts warehouse.
19. Prepare work order reports (WO's) according to the tasks performed.
20. Use personal protective equipment required for each activity and correct unsafe conditions.

Ingredients For Success

1. Technical Degree.
2. 2 years in similar position.
3. Knowledge of industrial tools.
4. Optimisation of preventive maintenance, maintenance equipment. Indispensable knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, electricity and control.
5. Must have knowledge of carpentry, welding, plumbing, as well as interpretation of diagrams and plans in general.
6. Knowledge of areas and volumes.
7. Must know how to handle tools and materials used in the maintenance of industries and premises.
