• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Vision systems.
• Knowledge of basic PLC & HMI programming.

• Provide support for corrective maintenance on production lines.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Assist in developing records related to equipment.

What You’ll Do

To support the operation of testing equipment and/or assemblies in the production area by executing corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance tasks, as well as improvement projects. You will analyze equipment problems, assist in solving them, and contribute to achieving production and quality goals. Your role aims to increase equipment availability and keep the Equipment Availability (EA) on target.

• Provide support to production lines by attending to corrective maintenance requirements based on priorities indicated by Dispatch.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance tasks on assigned equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on enhancing equipment, processes, and systems.
• Assist in developing and maintaining records related to equipment (set-ups, dispositions, modifications, changes, new implementations, etc.).
• Support other areas by sharing knowledge related to products, processes, systems, and equipment.
• Execute and inform tasks related to Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Identify, detect, and resolve anomalies in production cells based on Autonomous Maintenance Tasks (AMT).
• Contribute to the development of other team members regarding equipment.
• Track and close registrations in L2L.

What Is Required

• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Vision systems.
• Knowledge of LoTo (Loto).
• Knowledge of Juki & Brother sewing machines.
• Intermediate knowledge of electronic automation devices such as: a) Servomotors, b) Vision Systems, c) HMI, d) PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron), e) Laser Markers (Domino & Keyence).
• Basic knowledge of PLC & HMI programming (Allen-Bradley, Omron, Siemens).
