Garrett - Advancing Motion is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of production tools, and driving downtime reduction and continuous improvement. The role involves cross-department collaboration in tool design and manufacturing, handling tools and materials, and collecting information for tool fabrication.

Experience in TPM and vacuum furnace maintenance is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor degree required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in supervisor role.
• Knowledge of PM maintenance plan and execution.
• Knowledge of Electronic, Pneumatic and Hydraulic equipment.
• Knowledge of Vacuum Furnaces.
• Experience driving a Total Preventive Maintenance System.
• Experience in procedures for Maintenance of Vacuum Furnaces.

Responsabilidades

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of production tools such as templates, fixtures, dies, and material forming systems.
• Cross-department collaboration in the design and manufacturing of tools.
• Handling tools and materials within the scope of responsibility.
• Collecting information for tool design and fabrication.
• Executing assigned preventive and corrective tasks for templates, fixtures, and dies.
