Formación

We are offering a great opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor based at the Apodaca Plant, Apodaca NL in the E-Systems Division.

As Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the building in good condition, implementing improvement ideas, planning facility operations, ensuring energy supplies, and reducing energy costs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for the building.
• Maintain substations, compressors, lighting systems, refrigeration, electrical installations, and administration.
• Monitor energy usage, review consumption, and seek cost reductions.
• Implement lean manufacturing systems within departments.
• Train and educate team members or identify specific training needs.
• Develop and monitor maintenance policies for service providers and peripheral equipment.
• Implement and maintain Lear's building standardization.
• Maintain department KPIs within targets.

Qualifications for success in this role include:

• Education in industrial, electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of nitrogen system maintenance, handling high- and medium-voltage systems, painting, working at heights, basic plumbing, and construction.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the electronics industry is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
