This position will be responsible for supporting M&E's maintenance management, ensuring compliance with internal machine maintenance processes. Likewise, it will supervise compliance with the applicable Security Regulations (LOTTO, ZMS, FDP). As a key role, this position will be actively involved in identifying and resolving maintenance-related issues, working closely with the support team and engineers to implement strategies aimed at continuous improvement of operational readiness. This includes ensuring proper performance of MP, TPM, uptime, as well as monitoring and improvement of MTTR and MTBF indicators.
Develop and improve maintenance routines, procedures and technical documentation for the repair of the equipment under their responsibility.
Collect, analyze, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the plant and department.
Analyze data to identify root causes and propose robust solutions to recurring problems.
Monitor and manage parts and tooling inventory for M&E components and services.
Provide specialized support for equipment maintenance issues and work requests.
Collaborate with facility engineers and support manufacturing and related departments on projects involving machines and equipment
Engineering Degree Control Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
This position requires intermediate English
Prepare and present information for production meetings.
Maintain close coordination with production and process teams.
Collaborate on capital projects, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain clear records and analyze data to improve performance indicators.
Continuously improve maintenance routines and procedures based on tangible equipment plan.
Develop and implement projects for reliability and improvement of asset availability.
Utilization of problem-solving tools and techniques.
Able to anticipate, detect and resolve technical issues in a manufacturing environment.
Participate in the development and execution of maintenance strategies.
