Overview

As a maintenance supervisor, you will ensure the functioning of facilities, tools, and equipment for our distribution center located in Guadalajara. You will work onsite reporting to the Warehouse Manager and managing a maintenance technician.

Responsibilities

• Develop the site's corrective maintenance plan to ensure the availability of the equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and monitor forklift equipment. Accomplish work on electrical and mechanical machines and tools, and cutting and electric welding tasks
• Guarantee the maintenance area’s and personnel’s performance indicators and procedures of the Quality Management System, and compliance with systems and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in mechatronics or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, managing the maintenance of machinery and facilities
• Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, basic electronics, and forklift repair
