GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Lead a team of technicians to ensure discipline and measures are in place to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and employee satisfaction targets. The main objective is to maintain equipment availability for operations through correct maintenance execution, ensuring full compliance with the objectives set by the company and department.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • HVAC, Electrical, and Air compressed systems: Proficiency in these areas is essential for supervising maintenance tasks.
  • Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance: Demonstrate experience in implementing and managing maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
  • CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems): Proficiency in using software to manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory.
  • Safety Compliance: Understanding and experience with OSHA regulations, fire safety standards, and building codes.
  • Tools and Equipment: Proficiency with hand and power tools, electrical testing instruments, and other specialized equipment.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning, executing, and managing maintenance projects, including budget management and cost control.
