Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure optimal functioning of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
  • Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance (preferred).
  • Advanced English Level.
  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus.
