A leading manufacturing company seeks a Maintenance Engineer to oversee plant asset management and implement continuous improvements. The ideal candidate should possess a technical degree, advanced English proficiency, and substantial experience in maintenance operations, primarily within the automotive sector.

• At least 5 years in maintenance within manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Safeguard the plant assets.
2. Check the condition of the assets based on maintenance programs and fully comply with the assigned maintenance.
3. Support the maintenance manager as required.
4. Participate in the implementation of improvements to assets and processes through technological growth.
5. Attend customer audits, complying with established standards and requirements.
6. Follow procedures and work instructions of the Quality Management System, adhering to ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14000, and ISO 45001 standards.
7. Maintain order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse and work areas through 5S programs and TPM implementation.
8. Promote energy savings and care of spare parts to achieve area objectives.
9. Perform activities professionally and responsibly, seeking permanent solutions to machine problems.

Qualifications:

1. Technical or engineering degree in electromechanical, electronic, or related fields, or demonstrated competence in interviews, mechatronics, instrumentation, automation.
2. At least 5 years in maintenance within manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry, including maintenance of presses and injection machines, automation, hydraulics, electrical systems, Microsoft Office, Core tools, and problem-solving skills.
3. Advanced English proficiency.
