Job Description

As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high-performance CNC operations and maintaining the infrastructure supporting aerospace manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians, fostering accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  2. Overseeing maintenance routines for 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines, focusing on medium and large-sized equipment.
  3. Implementing and managing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime and maximize operational readiness.
  4. Performing hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure quick and efficient equipment failure resolutions.
  5. Coordinating infrastructure upkeep to support safe and efficient production environments.
  6. Driving improvement initiatives to optimize equipment lifecycle, reduce costs, and support long-term performance.
  7. Collaborating with production and engineering teams to align maintenance plans with manufacturing goals and technical requirements.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge in CNC systems, infrastructure management, and hands-on maintenance experience within aerospace environments. Key qualifications include:

  1. Proven experience managing 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machinery, especially medium to large-sized equipment used in precision manufacturing.
  2. Strong leadership and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
  3. Expertise in preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance, reduced downtime, and asset reliability.
  4. Ability to independently perform mechanical and electrical repairs, prioritizing safety and compliance.
  5. Experience implementing strategic maintenance routines that support growth, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.
  6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence.
  7. Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration across teams and with international stakeholders.
