El candidato ideal deberá poseer experiencia en la industria de electrónicos automotrices y competencias en análisis, gestión de mantenimiento y trabajo en equipo. Formación

• Más de 4 años de experiencia como Gerente de Mantenimiento en la industria de electrónicos automotrices.
• Conocimiento en equipos electrónicos (insertadoras, hornos, robótica, etc.).
• Bilingüe en español e inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Asegurar la recopilación y respaldo de datos de mantenimiento.
• Analizar fallas en sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos y electrónicos.
• Coordinar formación técnica del personal.

We are offering a great opportunity for the role of Maintenance Manager, based at our Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring collection and backup of maintenance data.
• Analyzing failures in mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, robotic, soft soldering, and SMT systems.
• Searching for new technologies to improve efficiency and resource management.
• Maintaining minimum inventory levels of spare parts according to maintenance plans.
• Identifying areas for improvement and coordinating technical training for personnel.
• Reinforcing and disseminating the LOTO safety system.
• Optimizing maintenance resources based on operational conditions.
• Developing and executing TPM on site.
• Having the authority to stop production in case of discrepancies or non-conformance during manufacturing.
• Managing KPIs such as downtime, preventive maintenance, MTTR, MTBF, and work accidents.
• Managing tool crib inventories.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics.
• Over 4 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in the automotive electronics industry.
• Knowledge of electronic equipment (inserters, ovens, robotics, soft soldering, etc.), SMT processes, PLC programming, TPM, plant industrialization, and preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, initiative, persistence, and openness to feedback and new ideas.
• Excellent analysis, communication, organizational skills, goal-orientedness, synthesis, and decision-making abilities.
