Formación

  • 5-7 años de experiencia como Ingeniero de Mantenimiento.

Job Summary

We are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective counter measures. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, through the use of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Methodology.
The position is based in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As Maintenance Manager you will:

  • Ensure overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective counter measures.
  • Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators’ safety.
  • Plan the shift team and ensure sufficient manning.
  • Lead in the appraisal of the technicians and team.
  • Be responsible for the Utilities & Projects departments of the factory.
We believe you have
  • 5 - 7 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related.
  • Experience leading people, administrative and operative teams.
  • Knowledge in predictive maintenance and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
  • Proven experience working with World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or Continuous Improvement methodologies for at least 4 years.
  • Forecast and costs management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience working with ISO 9000, 18000, 14000 and 22,000.
  • Food safety knowledge is a plus.
