Formación

  • Minimum of three years of experience in maintenance.

Job Description - Maintenance Leader ASCO Queretaro (009E7G)

Maintenance Leader ASCO Queretaro - 009E7G

  • Non-hierarchical team leader responsible for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of production/manufacturing equipment within the facility.
  • Lead a team/process by developing and applying standardized procedures and plans to ensure safety, quality, service/availability, and cost efficiency.
  • Act as a strong contributor to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enforce safety, health rules, and 5S standards.
  • Apply predictive maintenance, preventive, and complex corrective operations (levels 3, 4 & 5).
  • Decide, prioritize, and implement maintenance actions in collaboration with manufacturing to maintain machines in their original state.
  • Potentially manage a team of IIT2 technicians according to SPS/SIM rules and plant cycle events.
  • Contribute to the TPM process to enhance the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines.
  • Oversee the technical aspects related to the capability of all internal tools under the plant's responsibility.
  • Manage and optimize maintenance costs, including spare parts inventory.
  • Organize team interventions during the implementation and ramp-up of new workstations or production lines.
  • Serve as a Key-User for the Maintenance Domain (PM).

Qualifications
