AUMOVIO MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (0429) is seeking a Maintenance Leader to drive the maintenance organization across electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring maximum equipment availability, reliability, and performance.

You will lead maintenance Supervisors, Engineers, Technicians and external contractors; develop preventive maintenance master plans; coach teams; and manage budget/expenditures while implementing TPM, Lean, Kaizen and LOTO to achieve superior OEE.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical engineering required.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience leading maintenance supervisors, engineers and technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the maintenance organization to maximize equipment availability, reliability, and performance across electronic manufacturing processes.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies while supporting operational excellence, safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Ensure the technical readiness of manufacturing equipment and develop maintenance technicians; implement world-class maintenance practices to achieve superior OEE.

Job Description

• Lead and develop the maintenance organization responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, reliability, and performance across electronic manufacturing processes.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies while supporting operational excellence, safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• The Maintenance Leader ensures the technical readiness of manufacturing equipment, develops maintenance technicians, and implements world-class maintenance practices to achieve superior Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or similar Engineering
