Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our Rubber Mexico team. You will be responsible for ensuring high accuracy and completeness of information (tasks, man-hours, parts, materials, spare parts) in maintenance plans. You will report to the General Manager, Rubber plate factory. This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajauato MX.

What you’ll do

• Develop and manage detailed maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders
• Monitor resources (manpower, parts, time, budgets) and optimize maintenance execution
• Analyze labor and spare part usage to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using our Maintenance Database System
• Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery
• Lead monthly reporting on predictive and corrective maintenance, as well as utility consumption (water, electricity, gas)
• Oversee equipment and machinery projects from planning through execution
• Promote safety and compliance through regular risk analysis (HIRAs), risk observations, and safety talks
