A leading global company is seeking an expert in engineering maintenance to ensure the performance of machines and processes in Querétaro. This role requires a BSEE or BSME degree and at least 3 years of experience in maintenance with a focus on fabrication and Lean Manufacturing. Formación

  • Expertise in equipment maintenance including cutting, punching, and bending machines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and manufacturing personnel.

Responsabilidades

  • Guarantee machine/process performance in safety, quality, and reliability.
  • Participate in the design and installation of production equipment.
  • Develop and execute plans for machine lifecycle management.

What will you do?

  • Guarantee machine / process performance in terms of safety, quality, availability / reliability and performance.
  • Participate in design, selection, installation, evolution of production / process equipment.
  • Develop / apply / execute necessary plans along machine / equipment / process lifecycle.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Expert specialized in several areas of knowledge regarding predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment involving the elaboration, and application of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service/availability, and cost. A strong contributor to continuous improvement.
  • Engineering degree, BSEE or BSME preferred.
  • +3 years of experience
  • Essential: Experience in fabrication: cutting machines, punching machines, bending machines, laser cutting, painting.
  • TPM Maintenance
  • Core tools, Lean Manufacturing knowledge
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Excellent problem resolution skills
  • Ability to interact with engineering and manufacturing personnel
  • Advanced English
