The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and extensive knowledge of pneumatics and electrical systems. This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.

Formación

• At least three years of maintenance experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of pneumatics, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs needed.
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of maintenance department.
• Facilitate corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Prepare reports of damage for repair and maintenance.
• Establish inventory control systems for parts and spare parts.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly.
