Robert Bosch Group in Mexico is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Electric Power Steering to plan, coordinate and execute global engineering activities across mechanical, hardware, software, and testing domains.

You will lead international teams, ensure development and release per schedule and budget, manage risks and resources, and maintain OEM relationships as the technical lead.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering or related technical field (Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Systems, Industrial, Automotive) or equivalent.
• Project management: stakeholder management, schedule management, risk management, resource management, quality management.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and execute global multi-disciplinary engineering activities to achieve project success.
• Lead international cross-functional technical teams including mechanical, hardware, software, testing, system architect, functional safety, cybersecurity, system application and resident engineers.
• Completion of final engineering release for OEM or saleable use.
• Create and maintain a technical project schedule.
• Support problem solving and root cause analysis activities.
• Responsible for technical risk management.
• Budget and resource management for technical development and testing efforts.
• Develop and maintain a positive OEM relationship as key technical point of contact and engineering lead.

Technical Project Manager - Electric Power Steering

The Technical Project Manager acts as the technical counterpart to the Project Manager and is responsible to plan, coordinate and execute global multi-disciplinary engineering activities to achieve project success. Responsible for making sure the technical team understands and fulfills the customer and internal requirements on specification, on schedule and on budget.

• Ensure engineering development, validation, and release throughout product lifecycle according to schedule, guidelines, requirements and specifications
• Lead international cross-functional technical teams including mechanical, hardware, software, testing, system architect, functional safety, cybersecurity, system application and resident engineers.
• Completion of final engineering release for OEM or saleable use
• Creation and maintenance of technical project schedule

Education:
