A leading automotive supplier in Santiago de Querétaro is looking for a candidate to manage maintenance standards, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure proper maintenance records. Candidates should demonstrate experience in preparing maintenance plans and training production teams. This role plays a critical part in optimizing equipment reliability and availability, contributing to health and safety improvements.

Formación

• Experience in creating maintenance work instructions using e-WorkStation & PM+.
• Proven ability to prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Experience in training production teams on maintenance tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage standards for maintenance operations and ensure compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance KPIs.
• Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and refurbishments.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage Standards:

• Create and update maintenance work instructions using e-WorkStation & PM+.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans, including standard times; keep them updated in PM+.
• Train and coach production teams on preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure availability of equipment and tooling documentation.
• Perform on-the-job training on standards.
• Define standards for spare parts supply and inventory; participate in sourcing suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with Safety network directives regarding health, safety, and installations.

Manage Continuous Improvement:

• Lead actions to improve maintenance KPIs, maximizing equipment availability.
• Enhance equipment and tooling reliability through obsolescence and backup plans.
• Participate in equipment performance control and improvement activities.
• Engage in workshops like ERIM and promote its implementation.
• Participate in maintenance meetings and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
• Lead PDCA, FTA, and 5 WHYs analyses on assigned topics.
• Prepare LLC and Kaizen cards.

Ensure Proper Maintenance Records:

• Participate in new equipment installation, commissioning, and refurbishments, including safety validation.
• Contribute to EHS and productivity improvement activities.

Share and Transfer Know-How:

• Develop troubleshooting and safety knowledge; capitalize on lessons learned.
• Participate in process and productivity improvement activities.
• Minimize equipment non-availability and prevent breakdown recurrence.
• Participate in SAP PM+ implementation and promote its value.
• Propose improvements to maintenance organization and performance.
• Assist in maintenance budget preparation and propose organizational improvements.
• Contribute to reducing maintenance costs and manage critical spare parts contracts with purchasing.
