Formación

• 2-3 años de experiencia como supervisor de mantenimiento o rol similar.
• Conocimientos técnicos de sistemas de construcción y regulaciones de seguridad.

Responsabilidades

• Inspeccionar instalaciones periódicamente para determinar problemas y mantenimiento necesario.
• Ejecutar y implementar programas de mantenimiento preventivo.

Responsibilities

1. Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
2. Preparing weekly maintenance reports, schedules and allocate work.
3. Accomplishes KPI’s by planning, executing & monitoring every job order, adhering to policies and procedures.
4. Problem solving skills using safety procedures, risk identification and corrective actions implemented.
5. Evaluates functionality and reliability of equipment.
6. Execute and implement preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
7. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
8. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.

Requisitos

1. 2 to 3 years of proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.
2. Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, heating etc.)
3. Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
4. Good planning and leadership abilities.
5. Attitude of service and collaboration.
6. Computer skills (office).
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Knowledge on Risk ID.
9. English Level: basic.
