Job summary

ALPLA Group in Toluca is seeking a Maintenance Head to lead maintenance programs for machinery, buildings, and utilities. You will ensure compliance with plans and the maintenance system, manage the budget, and supervise a skilled team.

The role requires advanced English and extensive TPM knowledge. Experience includes 5 years as head of maintenance in manufacturing, spare parts warehouse control, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Electromechanical fields.
• 5 years as head of maintenance in a manufacturing company with staff under charge.
• Spare Parts Warehouse Management experience.
• Maintenance management expertise and TPM awareness (PDCA).
• Advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of water treatment plant processes.
• Advanced English language skills.
