Flex seeks a Maintenance Automation Engineer in Guadalajara to maintain automated manufacturing lines, diagnose root causes, and implement improvements for uptime and efficiency. You will work with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and industrial networks, collaborating with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality, and Test teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on PLC and robotics experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Travel to Flex sites may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Extensive automation, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting and robotics experience.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot equipment and manufacturing systems to identify root causes.
• Implement corrective actions to restore performance and reduce downtime.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance per schedule.
• Lead automation projects for process optimization and digitalization.
• Support installation, startup, and commissioning of equipment.
