Job Description

Knowledge:

• PLC Knowledge, programming (able to read, interpret, modify programs), HMI
• Siemens, Allen Bradley, Opcon Classic, Opcon Plus, Control X (plus is a plus)
• Robotics knowledge, ABB (able to manipulate, teach points, assign new tasks)
• Robots: Staubli, ABB, Kuka, Fanuc
• Interpretation of electrical design schematics for automation equipment
• Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, and machinery (able to read diagrams, modify, and create new solutions)
• Knowledge with Rexroth drives, hydraulic drives, servo drives, Profibus communication
• Setup cameras and vision systems: Keyence, Cognex, Neurocheck (able to set up, define new parameters)
• Sensor installation and setup
• Digi Force, Kistler setup (able to interpret curves, communicate)
• Knowledge in processes such as press-fit (force/distance control), welding (arc, resistance, ultrasonic, others), molding-injection, stamping, electrical and hydraulic testing, winding, soldering, adhesives, painting, screwing, others

Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience
• Willingness to travel (approximately 85%)
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Highly proactive
• Basic English; high level is a plus
• Flexibility in travel (including abroad), working hours, remote work, short-term supplier visits
• Ability to work under pressure
