LTM seeks a Magento (Adobe Commerce) Support Engineer to provide production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for B2B and B2C platforms. You will ensure platform stability and resolve production incidents to support seamless business operations across customer-facing digital commerce environments.

The role requires strong Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce experience and hands-on work with APIs, databases, and frontend tech in a scalable eCommerce setting.

Formación

• 3-6 years of experience supporting Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and customer journeys.
• Hands-on experience with: Pricing & Promotions, Checkout & Order Management, and Customer Account Management.
• Experience with Headless Commerce architectures.
• Proficiency with GraphQL, REST APIs, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Redis, and Varnish.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations including customer, inventory, pricing, and order synchronization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support for Magento platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to maintain platform stability.
• Perform routine maintenance and improvements for B2B and B2C environments.
