Syntron Material Handling is seeking a trained technician in Saltillo, Mexico, to perform routine machine operations and support CNC centers and grinders. You will emphasize accuracy, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly within project teams to ensure smooth production and quality outcomes.

Candidates should read drawings and interpret technical documentation, applying analytical and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma and 2+ years of field experience are required for this role.

Formación

• Ability to use technical tools and instruments required to perform duties.
• May operate CNC machine centers and/or grinders.
• Demonstrate proficiency to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Routinely requires decisions that involve some judgment to determine a course of action which is consistent with established functional policies and goals covered by general procedures.
• Identify deviations from standards.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Generally 2 + years of experience in field.

This is an intermedicate level position in regards to machine operating, utilizing basic skills learned previously and applying them with increasing independence while completing the tasks as assigned.
