At Driver Platform, we’re on a mission to create meaningful, rewarding experiences for DiDi drivers through our loyalty program. Our team ensures the program runs smoothly, that drivers understand and value their rewards, and that we continuously evolve the retention through new features and UI improvements in close collaboration with the Product team.
As a Senior Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in one of the program’s most strategic benefits. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, operations, and stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with our Partnerships team to provide data-driven guidance on how benefits are used and how they impact driver engagement and performance.
This is a high-impact, data-heavy role in a fast-paced tech environment. Be ready to turn insights into action and shape the future of driver loyalty in mobility.
Owning all analytics related to the benefits within the Driver Loyalty Program.
Monitoring engagement, usage trends, and business impact of benefits through dashboards and performance trackers.
Building and maintaining weekly reports, presentations, and insights to inform decision-making and align with internal stakeholders.
Partnering closely with the commercial Partnerships team to support negotiations, performance reviews, and decision-making with partners.
Collaborating with the product and ops teams to improve how the benefit is communicated and experienced by drivers.
Constantly identifying opportunities to enhance the value of the benefit and strengthen its impact on driver retention and loyalty.
A degree in Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical toolkit, with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar). Bonus if you know Python or R.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions, ideally in fast-paced environments like tech, consulting, or startups.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Passion for mobility, loyalty programs, or data-driven operations.
