Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for the creation, launch, sustain, segmentation, constant tracking, and financial adjustments of the new digital B2B loyalty program.

Your Impact

  • Prioritize product backlog according to business relevance and value.
  • Collaborate strongly with OU’s functions, sector, and Global Teams.
  • Provide stakeholders with constant insights and KPIs on how the Loyalty Program promotes digital adoption.
  • Manage D&A Budget of 142 MMLC.
  • Continuously review business needs, refine priorities, deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Segment the loyalty program and benefits into audiences and evolve them regularly.
  • Responsible for a B2B2C loyalty integration program.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

  • Over 6 years of experience in Technology industry, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Commercial Strategy.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience negotiating and influencing at all organizational levels.
  • Experience handling financial budgets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
