Willis Towers Watson is seeking an AI Developer to turn ideas into working prototypes quickly. You will build AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows on low-code and agent-builder platforms, delivering a demonstrable proof-of-concept in days.

You'll prototype, integrate with enterprise systems and APIs, and apply solid engineering practices to low-code environments while collaborating with stakeholders to determine the right build approach.

Formación

• Hands-on proficiency with at least one low-code AI or automation platform.
• Experience with at least one AI agent-builder platform such as Lyzr, Moveworks, or similar.
• Prior software development experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java.
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype a concept into a working prototype using AI-assisted development.
• Strong cloud concepts with one major provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows using low-code platforms and agent-builder frameworks.
• Rapidly prototype ideas into working proof-of-concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Integrate agents and apps with enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.
• Apply engineering judgment for error handling, evaluation, and security in low-code environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to scope use cases and select build approaches (low-code vs custom code).
