The Loss Prevention Manager leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide security services and asset protection within the assigned locations. Responsibilities include theft investigations, workplace violence/workplace incident management, interviews, and physical security of buildings.
- This role is not remote; the workplace is Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon.
- Working onsite from Monday to Friday and on-call for emergencies.
- This role requires availability to travel according to business requirements.
- The Manager reports to the Regional Loss Prevention Manager.
- This role requires adaptability to work on shifts depending on operational requirements.
- Law enforcement engagement experience.
- Shrink management and investigations experience required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree.
- B2+ English advanced level.
- 5+ years experience within a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environment.
- Solid experience as responsible for the execution and strategy for Loss Prevention activities for a physical site (fabric, warehouse, retail store, etc.).
- Solid experience with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and video review systems.
- Solid experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, inventory control.
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills.
- 5 years’ experience in a multi-site/country environment managing security and loss prevention in supply chain, industrial, logistics, transportation, express delivery.
- CPP, PSP, TAPA training will be noted as a plus.
- Interviewing and interrogation experience desired, and Wicklander and Zulawski certification is a plus.
- Operational management experience in distribution and express delivery is advantageous but not essential.
- Functional knowledge in developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing security policies and procedures; conducted physical security risk assessments of facilities including manufacturing, distribution, trade, and office.
- Business English.
