Job Description

The Loss Drafts Associate Team Lead I supervises the delivery of loss drafts services within their area by delegating workload, monitoring reports, collaborating with management, and supporting client relationships. They also oversee home repair compliance related to property loss.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support loss drafts management by overseeing task completion, monitoring claim documentation, and assisting with workflows to ensure operational accuracy and effectiveness.
  2. Ensure the delivery of accurate loss draft services through quality checks, tracking team contributions, and collaborating on process improvements.
  3. Maintain positive client relationships by communicating with external stakeholders to clarify inquiries, gather feedback, and understand needs.
  4. Utilize expertise in processes, queues, and client procedures to support workflows, handle escalated calls, and resolve complex issues.
  5. Supervise daily team operations, coordinate tasks, measure performance, and provide feedback to meet productivity and service level goals.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: 4-year Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience
