Job Description

The Loss Drafts Associate Team Lead is responsible for supervising the delivery of loss drafts services within their area of responsibility by delegating workload, monitoring direct reports, collaborating with team management, and supporting client relationships to guide effective service delivery and oversee home repair compliance in the event of property loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Support loss drafts management by overseeing delegated tasks, monitoring claim documentation processing, and assisting with workflows to ensure operational accuracy and effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate and efficient loss drafts services through regular quality checks, tracking team contributions, monitoring adherence to guidelines, and collaborating on process improvements.
• Maintain positive client relationships by communicating with external stakeholders to clarify inquiries, gather feedback, and understand client needs and expectations.
• Utilize subject matter expertise to support multiple workflows, manage escalated service calls, and resolve complex client issues.
• Supervise daily team operations by coordinating tasks, measuring performance, and providing feedback to achieve productivity and service level goals.

Education

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
