Job summary

SHA Wellness Clinic, a leader in integrative health and longevity, seeks an experienced Longevity, Functional & Precision Medicine Physician for SHA Mexico. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, build personalised care plans, and collaborate across medical specialties to deliver customised longevity programs for an international guest population.

You will integrate biomarkers, diagnostics and lifestyle factors to guide interventions, while prioritising patient safety, evidence‑informed

Qualifications

MD or equivalent with license to practise medicine in Mexico.
Minimum 5 years clinical experience in adult medicine, prevention, chronic disease management or longevity.
Fluent in Spanish and English for complex medical consultations.
Specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics desirable.
Postgraduate education in Functional/Integrative/ Longevity Medicine desirable.
International postgraduate education or training highly valued.
Experience with international patients and premium healthcare environments desirable.
Knowledge of metabolic health, hormonal health, weight management and lifestyle medicine.
Experience interpreting biomarkers and personalized diagnostic data.
Familiarity with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and regenerative therapies valued.
Proficiency with EMR and digital health platforms.
Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
Experience coordinating or leading clinical protocols and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

Conduct longevity, functional and preventive medicine consultations.
Identify risk factors and develop individualised longevity plans.
Interpret advanced biomarker data and translate to patient care.
Provide general medical care and follow‑up; refer to specialists as needed.
Collaborate with nutrition, psychology, physiotherapy, fitness and wellness teams.
Contribute to clinical protocols, safety and quality initiatives.
Maintain confidential medical records per SHA standards.
Engage with international guests with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
