Formación

Product: Innovamat has developed a research-based, fully-resourced curriculum program. With Innovamat, kids from 3 to 16 years old learn math through manipulative materials and highly dynamic lessons focused on problem-solving, communication skills, and critical thinking. We provide a shift in traditional instruction and learning.

Your mission

You will be part of the Supply Chain team and will be the driving force of our team in the logistics field from Mexico to the USA!

Your day to day at Innovamat

  • You will work directly with the Supply team at HQ.

  • You will manage the documentation related to the company's import/export process.

  • You will be the point of contact with logistics operators in the US. You will coordinate and supervise the activities of the logistics operator (warehousing, transportation, distribution, etc.).

  • You will track international and local transportation.

  • You will ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and defined KPIs.

  • You will update internal control panels related to international and local transportation.

  • You will participate in the team's improvement proposals.

  • You will participate in the definition of logistics strategies for the US market.

  • You will prepare periodic reports on logistics performance in the US.

  • You will analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • You will be our international logistics speaker on the company's internal channels.

What are we looking for?

  • Training related to international business and logistics.

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in international logistics and international trade, with specific experience in the United States market.

  • Knowledge of basic principles and regulations of foreign trade.

  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Google Sheets).

  • Familiarity with logistics management systems (TMS, WMS) and reporting tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (essential).

  • Dynamic and solution-oriented communication skills.

  • Effective communication skills in dynamic and changing environments.

  • Agile and detail-oriented individual.

  • Ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment and with different time zones.

  • Availability to travel to the US.

It will be great if…

  • Knowledge of supply chain management software specific to the US market.

  • Previous experience working directly with logistics operators in the United States.
