Are you passionate about logistics and quality in the automotive industry? We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to oversee national and international vehicle distribution, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the transportation of finished vehicles and components, ensuring timely and damage-free delivery.
• Monitor quality standards during vehicle handling, loading, and transit.
• Manage and follow up on logistics incidents (e.g., damage, defects, missing parts).
• Collaborate with Quality, After-Sales, and Distribution teams to classify and resolve claims.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes at logistics centers and delivery points.
• Maintain direct communication with carriers and logistics providers to track KPIs (on-time delivery, damage rates, claim resolution times).
• Ensure documentation accuracy and traceability throughout the logistics chain.
• Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen).
• Train internal and external teams on best practices and quality standards.
• Support the development of national logistics policies and compliance frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive logistics (OEMs, dealerships, carriers, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle distribution, transport regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Intermediate English (preferred for internal communication).
