Overview

Logistics Projects Coordinator SAP S/4 HANA — Full-time

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the operation of information systems; understand and analyze the needs of the business operationally and carry it out in an information system. Having several information systems, ERP, WM SAP modules and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Engages with global implementation project team to do local implementation ensuring compliance with Mexican legal requirements.
• Knows and understands the operational processes.
• Execute processes and system tests.
• Act as the means for systems to work directly (no programmer, no manpower).
• Intermediary between system specialists and operational people.
• Transmits changes in processes to the operational part and trains them so they can carry out their activities.
• Is the point of contact with project teams related to LOG.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and good understanding of end-to-end warehousing processes.
• Involved in multiple full life-cycle implementation projects, upgrades and global projects; experience in implementation, enhancement, rollout & support.
• Identify use cases which can be automated to benefit the client and optimize operational cost.
• Good understanding and ability to communicate between end users, functional users and technical developers.
• Experience in SAP EWM, WM and IM; experience on ERP and EWM integration.
• Cross-functional SAP ERP experience including PP, LE, QM, SD.
• Experience with EDI communication.
• Desirable experience on OEM IT requirements, ASN's, labeling, batch management, HU management.
• Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence (Microsoft Power BI).
• Knowledge of applicable hardware setup such as printers, scanners, and handheld devices.
