Formación

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Descripción del empleo

  • Lead and manage logistics, shipping and supply chain projects from concept to completion, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Analyze current logistics and shipping processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement solutions that optimize warehousing, material handling, shipping, transportation, and distribution operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, quality, and IT to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), carriers, and vendors to support project implementation and daily operations.
  • Support the introduction of automation and digital tools (WMS, TMS, ERP) to enhance logistics performance.
  • Conduct time studies, layout planning, and flow analysis to support continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and support staff on new processes, tools, and systems introduced as part of logistics initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • English (Advanced)
  • 2+ years experience in the analysis of industrial processes, process and material flow, and human factors interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate multiple concepts, through empirical and projective analysis
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to summarize and present recommendations and concepts for management approval.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
