BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Industrial Engineer II to join our fast-growing team of consultants in the Ciudad Juárez area. This role provides advanced technical engineering support for validation activities, including the development and execution of IQ and OQ protocols, support during pre-validation experiments, and preparation of validation completion reports. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and current regulatory requirements within manufacturing and medical device environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis (throughput, OEE).
• Design and improve layouts, material flow, and workstation ergonomics, work instructions
• Support and update risk documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, PFD).
• Perform SPC, capability studies (Cp, Cpk, Ppk), and MSA (R&R), VSM
• Support root-cause analysis using 8D, A3, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys.
• Lead Kaizen events and Lean/Six Sigma projects (DMAIC).
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives (scrap reduction, rework elimination).
• Participate in defining process flow, production capacity, and ramp-up plans.
• Coordinate and execute IQ/OQ/PQ validations when applicable.
• Ensure documentation readiness and provide training to production teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for SQDCP, OEE, scrap, and efficiency metrics.
• Use Excel, Power BI, or Minitab to automate reporting and analysis.
• Maintain controlled documentation and change request.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
