Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related operations preferred.
• Maquiladora manufacturing experience desirable.
• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track transportation activities and follow up with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, transportation records).
• Support import and export operations, ensuring customs compliance.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare reports on costs, delivery performance, and shipment status.
• Identify and resolve shipment delays, transportation discrepancies, and logistics issues.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate logistics data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Analyze freight costs and identify opportunities to optimize expenses.
• Support inventory control and material movement records.
