CEVA Logistics in Mexico City is seeking a Logistics Operations Administrator to ensure correct invoicing for international freight, covering ocean, air, and ground services, while maintaining profitability.

The role requires strong Excel capabilities, experience in costing and billing, and intermediate English; you will validate data, monitor insurance policies, analyze margins, manage billing incidents, and coordinate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Administration, Finance or related.
• Experience in costing and billing in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Working knowledge of import/export operations.
• Advanced Excel: PivotTables, formulas, data analysis.
• Intermediate English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsabilidades

• Invoice import/export services in maritime, air, and land modes.
• Validate operational, commercial and financial data before invoicing.
• Review insurance policies related to logistics operations.
• Analyze shipment profitability by comparing costs and revenues.
• Monitor and resolve billing incidents within established timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational continuity.

Objetivo del puesto

Garantizar la correcta y oportunafacturación los servicios de logística internacional, asegurando la rentabilidad de las operaciones y el cumplimiento de los procesos internos.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar la facturación de servicios de importación y exportación en los modos marítimo, aéreo y terrestre.
• Validar información operativa, comercial y financiera previo a la emisión de facturas.
• Revisar y dar seguimiento a pólizas de seguro relacionadas con las operaciones logísticas.
• Analizar la rentabilidad de los embarques mediante la comparación de costos y ventas, identificando desviaciones o riesgos de pérdida
• Dar seguimiento a incidencias de facturación y asegurar su resolución dentro de los tiempos establecidos.
• Mantener una comunicación efectiva con equipos internos y áreas de soporte para garantizar la continuidad operativa.

Requisitos

Formación Académica

• Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Logística, Administración, Finanzas o carreras afines.

Experiencia y Conocimientos

• Experiencia en procesos de Costing & Billing dentro del sector logístico o freight forwarding.
• Conocimiento de operaciones de importación y exportación.
• Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas avanzadas, análisis de datos).
• Inglés intermedio (lectura, escritura y conversación).
