LOGISTICS MATERIAL PLANNER

We are seeking a Material Planner to oversee inventories and ensure alignment with production schedules. Responsibilities include defining material specifications, maintaining inventory schedules, coordinating with internal teams, and managing external stakeholder relationships.

A successful candidate will ensure the timely supply of cost-effective, high-quality materials to support steady production and delivery.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and products.
2. Ensure materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
3. Maintain a consistent and adequate supply of materials for production.
4. Coordinate with other departments on production goals, timelines, and supplier payments.
5. Liaise with suppliers and distributors.
6. Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
7. Prepare cost estimates and performance reports.
8. Support project goals related to cost savings, efficiency, and sustainability.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, inventory management, or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
