Mission:

As a LOGISTICS MANAGER, you will deploy standards across processes, procedures, routines, systems, and KPIs to optimize and proactively manage the Supply Chain in line with the Company’s vision.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Project Management, Purchasing, Industrial, IT, and other stakeholders regarding Supply Chain management.
• Implement KPIs to monitor and ensure Supply Chain performance across the organization.
• Deploy the Operative Planning Concept and ensure its effective implementation across all production sites.
• Implement and roll out the SIOP process and the Antolin Industrial System.
• Monitor deployment of processes and tools at each site.
• Oversee Yearly Sales Budget activities and challenge forecast quality.
• Deploy DOH Policy, Inventory Targets, MPS process, and Supplier Logistics Guidelines.
• Assess performance of Logistics Planning teams.
• Deploy SAP processes, master data, and new tools.
• Ensure quality processes related to planning activities.
• Lead and manage Logistics Planning teams regionally.
• Handle regional responsibilities for Customer Service, Production Planning, and Supplier Logistics activities.

What we are looking for:

• A degree in Engineering, Production, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar automotive roles.
• Knowledge of automotive industry requirements and team management skills.
• Proficiency in English.
