  • Define and optimize end-to-end physical logistics processes (transportation, internal flows, and packaging).
  • Monitor and follow up on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer satisfaction, internal delivery performance, and supplier reliability.
  • Lead RFID initiatives within the plant, including the development, implementation of new projects, and maintenance of existing systems.
  • Apply a solid understanding of logistics principles related to both physical and information flows.
  • Contribute to warehouse and facility layout planning, with a focus on raw and finished goods storage optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement projects aligned with the plant’s logistics strategy and vision.
  • Act as a key user with Central Logistics departments to support and roll out new initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of logistics concepts in Lean Manufacturing
  • Benchmark logistics processes to identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify process changes that may impact logistics performance, ensuring compliance with quality, ergonomic, safety, and lean manufacturing standards.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to design and enhance logistics processes, covering both physical movement and information flow.
  • Ensure compliance with Bosch systems and standards, including SAP, PFEP, and quality tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain logistics dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI, integrating data from various databases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering roles with a focus on process design and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse layout, material flow, and transport logistics in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and implementing Digital solutions, including project setup and maintenance.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (internal teams, suppliers, and central departments).
