Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Internal Logistics Engineer to design and optimize material flow processes supporting manufacturing operations. The role focuses on PFEP development, warehouse design, and replenishment strategies within automotive or manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate has experience with PFEP, SAP logistics, and lean manufacturing. You will work on line feeding, JIT/Kanban, and future-state logistics network design to improve efficiency and reduce inventory

Qualifications

• PFEP experience is required.
• Experience optimizing material flow in manufacturing.
• Warehouse design and line feeding skills.
• Knowledge of SAP logistics and BOM analysis.
• Lean manufacturing environment familiarity.
• Ability to support JIT/Kanban replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PFEP (Plan For Every Part).
• Analyze material flow from warehouse to production lines.
• Support line feeding and replenishment strategies.
• Design warehouse layouts and picking areas.
• Define packaging standards and delivery frequencies.
• Optimize inventory presentation at the point of use.
• Participate in shop floor (Gemba) activities.
• Leverage SAP data for BOM and logistics analysis.
• Design JIT and Kanban replenishment processes.
• Support future-state logistics network design.
• Include Gemba activities in daily work.
