Bombardier is seeking a Data Management Specialist Logistics to manage databases for materials, inventory, and demand movements. You will design and maintain KPI dashboards using Power BI, automate reporting, and ensure data quality across ERP and other sources.

The role partners with Logistics, Warehouse and Shipping to drive efficiency and process improvement. Required: bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in data management/analytics within logistics, plus advanced Excel, Power

• Requires bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in data management, analytics, or related areas in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Experience designing and maintaining BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query; data governance and MDM knowledge preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred; familiar with data integration across sources.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain databases related to materials, inventory, shortages, and demand movements.
• Ensure data quality through audits, validations, and control processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and KPIs using BI tools (Power BI).
• Automate reports and operational processes via macros, scripts, and digital tools.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual activities and reduce errors through automation.
• Develop data queries, analyses, and reports to support decisions.
• Consolidate information from multiple sources, including ERP, databases, files, and web platforms.
• Coordinate Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) projects.
• Document processes, data flows, standards, and best practices for data mgmt.
• Train users in automated reports and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to ensure data consistency.
• Generate analyses and insights to drive process optimization and efficiency.
