A leading company in logistics is seeking a candidate to support the preparation of documents for Foreign and Mexican Customs. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining contact with transportation and customs agencies, and preparing reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, relevant experience, and advanced English proficiency.
Using established Systems and Procedures, support the preparation of documents required for Foreign and Mexican Customs. Provide support for the department's administrative tasks related to operations.
Bachelor's Degree or Technical Studies in Foreign Trade and Customs or a related field, or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years in Document handling and Import-Export Procedures.
Advanced level in English (Technical Reading and Conversation).
Intermediate to Basic proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Inventory Control Systems such as those in Annex 24 and ERP.
