Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia como coordinador de tráfico-logística.
• Licenciatura en Negocios, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinar envíos diarios a clientes y proveedores.
• Gestionar proyectos y procesos relacionados con el tráfico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Senior professional knowledge logistics (Mexico and US).
• Coordinate daily shipments to customers (outbound).
• Coordinate daily shipments from Suppliers Domestic, US and Overseas (Inbound).
• Manage projects and processes related to traffic.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
• Manage the flow of materials, information, and traffic.
• Monitor team progress and recommend strategies for cost reduction (Monthly reports to Finance), improve business efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project schedules. Create plans to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Track the progress of projects and report status to stakeholders.
• Main contact to Carriers (Domestic and International).
• Problem-solving skills.
• Provide support to Customer Service and/or commercial teams on quoting projects (related to traffic).
• Daily-Monthly tracking of trucks availability and invoices to carriers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a traffic-logistics coordinator.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Understanding of Supply chain processes.
• Sense of urgency and follow-up skills.
• Well-developed communicative and administrative skills.
• Must possess analytical skills, investigative problem-solving techniques, and the ability to receive and give direction to accomplish job tasks.
• Visa (US) and Mexican passport (must).
• APICS certification (preferred).
