Description

We are hiring a Logistics Analyst to develop and implement logistics plans to optimize product flow, enhance delivery times, and improve order fill rates. Responsibilities include leading shipment planning, conducting distribution studies, collaborating with management to improve efficiency, and supporting SAP functionalities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan and create Full Truckload (FTL) shipments to optimize space utilization.
• Organize Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments, maximizing cost efficiency.
• Review and address unplanned Delivery Notifications within 10 days.
• Assess and mitigate risks in high-priority shipments.
• Generate and analyze operational reports.
• Coordinate with transportation providers.
• Support manual freight moves and expedite planning.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years of logistics planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in international business or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP systems.
• Sense of urgency in managing time-sensitive tasks.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience with SAP Transportation Management and Logistics System.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Previous experience in shipment planning and coordination.
• Expediting experience.
