integrate an extensive range of driveline technologies for over 90% of the world’s car

manufacturers.

Role purpose

Responsible for placing and coordinating road and sea shipment bookings with awarded

carrier to ship part from suppliers (internal and external) according to material release sent

by plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport

Schedule and supervise the transportation of goods and supplies, following established

procedures to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Information and Business Advice Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring complex issues to others.
  • Document Preparation Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailed instruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software.
  • Data Management Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
  • Document Management Create, organize, and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a senior colleague.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3 years minimum on Engineering Design or related areas in automotive industry.
