  • Drive improvements in delivery performance, focusing on lead time reduction and OTTR (On Time To Request) as a key metric.
  • Monitor day-to-day planning and production tasks, initiating actions to meet specific requirements or resolve issues. Ensure high-quality master data within the area of responsibility.
  • Oversee inventory management at the SAN LP site, with emphasis on reducing slow-moving stock, SMI reserves, and Days of Supply (DOS).
  • Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives, including GPS (Grundfos Production System), 5S, and safety programs.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for supply chain service issues and serve as the local liaison for new implementations and projects.

We imagine that you have:

  • Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of Business Administration or related field of study.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience within Supply Chain

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, functions, charts).
  • Fluent in English. Strong ability to lead and influence others.
  • Results-oriented, with effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices and relevant systems within Supply Chain.
