Job summary

Citi in Mexico City is seeking a Transaction Management professional to support loan origination, closing, and servicing across syndicated and bilateral deals. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support loan origination and lifecycle management (syndicated/bilateral loans).
• Develop processes, standards, controls, and training for transaction management.
• Design and implement technology solutions including testing and rollout.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff.
• Ensure data quality, controls, and regulatory compliance across loan lifecycle.
• Collaborate with originating/coverage lines, risk, operations, and legal.
• Define operational metrics and risk reviews with stakeholders.
• Improve processes and efficiency across front-to-back loan lifecycle.
• Participate in projects to enhance performance.
